Eurotrip 2 Day 1 . Antwerp

Today I began my Eurotrip 2 to Belgium and Luxemburg with Rickey, Anne(his gfren), Keith and Lily. We first arrived at Antewerp today and it was a while before we found the pretty cool youth hostel as recommended by the Lonely Planet.


Along the way, Lily found her backpack, a 60 litre Karrimor at 40euros, not bad...

Dinner was at an Italian restaurant that gave 20% off for students! But the Napolitan pizza was so salty...of course anchovies were supposed to be salty...but this pizza was like eating salt!! The bread and cheese spread, lasagne and olives were nice though...
Anyway, after dinner, we each grabbed a beer and sat at the main square and just took in the sunny bustling evening atmosphere...
Our room at the hostel had around 12 beds, was pretty spacious and had a high ceiling, so ventilation was quite good. We whiled away the night playing Big 2 till around 1am...
