Meiyi Arrives in Delft

Meiyi arrived today in the morning! I woke up really early, at 4 in the morning, and caught the 5am train to Schipol which arrived an hour later. It was such a joyous moment to see my darling after so long. I gave her a warm welcome and we set off for Delft.

After dumping her luggage in my room, we rested for awhile before heading for Rotterdam, where there was to be an aerial performance and meet the rest of the guys. The image on the top was taken at the show.

ps. this was the first time I cycled with a pillion rider, and boy was it tough, especially when my bike had a soft rear tire, and Meiyi did not have any prior experience riding pillion.

Dinner was at Rotterdam at a Marche like place where we had pork chop and salad with lots of braised button mushrooms.

We then went home and stopped by at the C1000 supermarket to get groceries for the next few days and then watched Wicker Park and had salad.
